White and Rosé wines

Our white wines include the two great autochthonous grapes of Fiano and Greco, both of the highest denomination available in Italy: DOCG.
The Fiano when drunk young can conquer any palate with its floral notes, but it is with aging that it acquires structure and complexity, becoming one of the noblest Italian white wines.
The Greco, even though to a lesser extent suitable for aging, has nothing to envy the Fiano for. Characterized by mineral notes and a good salinity, this is a less versatile wine but of great impact and character.
The Coda di Volpe is another local grape that over time has been used mainly to blend with Fiano and Greco. Today we vinify it separately, restoring the spirit of a great grape variety of our territory.
Finally, for our rosé we harvest the grapes from our aglianico vineyard in the Cielo Ferraro district of Paternopoli, making an elegant ‘rosato’ with great persistence.
